Mission - The Lakewood Association is responsible for the care and maintenance of the roads and right-of-ways within the association, located on the shores of beautiful Sebago Lake in Casco, Maine.

Current News:

• • All Lakewood Association members are invited to observe the Association Board meetings held over Zoom. Meeting notifications will be sent out via email  by the secretary one day prior to the event. Members are encouraged to submit their emails directly to the secretary for verification and instruction as soon as possible.

  • The 2026 Annual Meeting was held Sunday July 26, 2025 at 9 AM at 195 Lakewood Rd. 

  • 2026 dues ($300 per home) are due on September 1, 2026. Please bring your account current if at all possible. We depend upon the dues to keep the road well maintained. (We get no assistance from the Town of Casco for road maintenance.)

  • The Association requests that vehicles not park in the street especially overnight. We are a dead-end road and should emergency or other large vehicles need access, this could be hampered. Your assistance is appreciated.
